Robert Raynard
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Raynard is responsible for overseeing all
financial reporting, accounting and administrative functions at the
Firm.
Prior to joining Walden, he was Chief Financial Officer for Robertson
Stephens Asset Management and a Senior Manager with
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Raynard led
the Bay Area Private Funds Group, which specialized in providing
audit, tax, and consulting services to venture, crossover, and hedge
fund firms.

Education:
Mr. Raynard received a Master of Business Administration from Boston
University and a Bachelor of Arts from the School of International
Service at The American University. Mr. Raynard is a Certified Public
Accountant and member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs.
