Bill McDonagh

From 1982 to 1998, Mr. McDonagh was the CFO and later President and COO of Brøderbund Software Inc., a leading consumer software company. While at Brøderbund, he oversaw substantially all of the company's operations and grew the company from startup phase to $250 million in annual revenues and 1500 employees. During his tenure, Brøderbund, which published hits such as the Carmen Sandiego and Myst series, completed a highly successful IPO and went on to post the among the highest profit margins in the consumer software industry. Mr. McDonagh has also served on the boards of numerous companies, including Brøderbund, Live Picture, and Living Books. Before Brøderbund, Mr. McDonagh was an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co.

Mr. McDonagh is the Acting CFO at Pandora and Real Girls Media.
